Heather G. Thomas

Helping people break into teaching

  • 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
  • San Diego Foundation
  • Since 1980
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,790 people through San Diego Foundation. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Heather

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
