Heather A. Myers

28 years teaching environmental science in Riverside

🇺🇸 Riverside, California, United States
Riverside Academy
1993 to 2012
English

I taught environmental science at Riverside Academy in Riverside from 1993 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer. Over the years I had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Heather

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

Subjects taught

Environmental science Home economics

What gifts mean to Heather: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
