I teach history at Mount Pleasant Academy in San Diego since 2007. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I never turn anyone away.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Heather
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Heather: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 6 class in 2022. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Corpus Christi.
