Hazel W. Avila

Chaplain and community helper

I look after Elmwood Parish. Most of my work is pastoral care and a lot of cups of tea. People come with every kind of question. I try to listen first. I bake for the whole street at New Year. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
