Hazel Mendez
Oud and classical teacher
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- St. Mary's Ensemble
- Since 1990
- English
I play oud and classical. I started in 1990 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
What gifts mean to Hazel: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
