Hazel Armstrong

Oud player and teacher in San Jose

  • 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
  • San Jose Choir
  • Since 2003
  • English
I play oud and flute. I started in 2003 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

More about Hazel

I write my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
