Helping people break into trades
- 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
- Sakai Foundation
- Since 1999
- Japanese, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,220 people through Sakai Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Hayato: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
