Hawa Diallo
Art and history teacher, Paris
- 🇫🇷 Paris, Île-de-France, France
- Paris Middle School
- 1980 to 2017
- French
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 37 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
What gifts mean to Hawa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
