For 21 years I've run the swimming program at Kaduna Athletic Club in Kaduna. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
