Hauwa Fatima Ogunleye
Jewelry artist in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Studio
- Since 1980
- English
I work mostly in jewelry, sometimes graphic design. My first show was in 1980 at Lagos Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Hauwa: Any gift helps me keep the free Saturday class running.
