I spent 21 years as a lecturer in agriculture at Jacaranda State University in Mohammedia. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I watch every football match going.
More about Hatem
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Hatem: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
