For 15 years I have been the history teacher at Gateway Middle School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Hassan
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Hassan: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
