I run The Harmony Grill in Luxor. We started in 2012 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Hassan
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
