I taught geography at Dhaka Boys' School in Dhaka from 1989 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 1,370 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Hasan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 8 class in 2018. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Riyadh.

You taught me geography in 2018 at Dhaka Boys' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
