I've been a nurse for 33 years, most of them in school nursing at Üsküdar Maternity Hospital in Üsküdar. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
