Harumi Nao Ueno
Teacher at Good Shepherd Middle School, loves biology

For 39 years I have been the biology teacher at Good Shepherd Middle School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Harumi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Harumi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 8 class in 2018. You believed I could do it before I did! Greetings from Thủ Đức.
