Helping people break into design
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
- Setagaya Youth Network
- Since 1993
- English, Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,620 people through Setagaya Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Harumi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
