Harsha Chaminda Nanayakkara
Engineering mentor, Jaffna
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Jaffna Community Trust.
I never turned anyone away.
More about Harsha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Harsha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
