I spent 19 years as a lecturer in astronomy at Mumbai College in Mumbai. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
