Harsh G. Gaikwad
Mentor in nursing and farming
- 🇮🇳 Hubballi, Karnataka, India
- Hubballi Community Trust
- 1986 to 2004
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Hubballi Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Harsh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Harsh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
