I coached athletics at Albany Windsor Athletic Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
