Youth rowing coach and mentor

I've coached rowing at Birmingham Acacia Youth Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
