Harold Carroll

Keeper of the rare books

  • 🇺🇸 Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States
  • Ashford Reading Room
  • Since 1996
  • English
For 30 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Ashford Reading Room. Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
