Harini L. Das
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Acacia Works
- Since 2004
- English, Tamil
I've worked in masonry since 2004. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 570 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Harini
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Harini: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
