For 48 years I have been the history teacher at San Diego Middle School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Hao
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember that terrible school play.
