Hans Matthias Hofmann

Mentor in law school and leadership

  • 🇩🇪 Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
  • Nuremberg Foundation
  • 2003 to 2022
  • English
For 19 years I've mentored people in law school and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Hans

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
