I've coached baseball at London Football Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
What gifts mean to Hannah: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2003. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from St. Petersburg.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
