I've coached cycling at Warsaw Swimming Club since 1987. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
