Hạnh Trang Duong
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices

I've worked in welding from 2012 to 2023. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 450 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 13 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Hạnh: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
