Hana Noor Kassem
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Lotus Trades Guild
- 2008 to 2018
- English, Arabic
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Cairo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Hana
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Hana: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
