Hana Maryam Lotfy
Mentor in careers and first-generation students
- 🇸🇦 Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Gateway Foundation
- Since 1981
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,260 people through Gateway Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Hana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Hana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
