I've been a nurse for 44 years, most of them in neonatal care at Salé University Hospital in Salé. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. Small things matter when someone is frightened.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
