Baking, done properly

I've worked in baking since 1996. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,620 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Hana: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
