Hana Amal Shaker
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇫🇷 Nîmes, Occitanie, France
- Old Summit Repairs
- Since 1988
- English, Arabic
I've worked in thatching since 1988. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 760 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Hana: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
