I've been a nurse for 14 years, most of them in pediatrics at Shubra Regional Medical Center in Shubra. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
