I've worked in painting and decorating from 1998 to 2018. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 360 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Hamza
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Hamza: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
