I coached rugby at Islamabad Frangipani Swimming Club from 2003 to 2012. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Hamza
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You coached me in 2019. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Aurangabad.
