Hamisi Paul Waweru

Home economics and physical education teacher, Machakos

I teach home economics at Pioneer Primary School in Machakos since 2003. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
What gifts mean to Hamisi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me home economics in 2005 at Pioneer Primary School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

I failed home economics twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Tallahassee.
