Halyna Alyona Melnyk
Finance mentor, Kazan
- 🇷🇺 Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia

- Since 2013
- English, Ukrainian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Crescent Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Halyna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Halyna: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
