Helping people break into software

For 26 years I've mentored people in software and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Halina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Halina: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
