Halima Kalu

Teacher at Hope Boys' School, loves drama

  • 🇳🇬 Kaduna, Kaduna, Nigeria
  • Hope Boys' School
  • Since 1997
  • English, Hausa, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Halima

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
