I teach English literature at Kinondoni Grammar School in Kinondoni since 2000. Most days I teach Year 10, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Halima

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
