Halima Florence Shayo
Swimming and fitness coach, Arusha
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Arusha Sports Club
- 2006 to 2016
- English
I coached swimming at Arusha Sports Club from 2006 to 2016. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Halima
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Halima: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2013. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Pattaya.
