Halima Comfort Uba
Folk music player and teacher in Epe
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Epe Orchestra
- Since 2014
- English, Igbo
I've played folk music since 2014, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Halima
I write my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Halima: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
