Halima Chebet Lyimo

14 years teaching religious studies in Kakamega

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ช Kakamega, Kakamega, Kenya
  • Kakamega Public School
  • 1983 to 2016
  • English, Swahili
Kakamega Public School was my second home. I taught religious studies there from 1983 to 2016, mostly primary school children. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Halima

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
