Halima Bakari
Musician with Gateway Ensemble
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- 2006 to 2015
- English
I play songwriting and sitar. I started in 2006 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
