Halima Awino Shayo

Serving Fairview Mosque for 36 years

I've served Fairview Mosque in Nairobi since 1990. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally. We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I try to remember everyone's name. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
