My subject is literature, and for 14 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Heliopolis Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Hala
