I've coached hockey at Gaziantep Maple Ridge Boxing Gym since 1980. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Hakan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Hakan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
