Hailu Fikru Eshetu
English literature and accounting teacher, Gondar
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Gondar Middle School
- Since 1997
- English, Amharic
I teach English literature and accounting at Gondar Middle School, Gondar. My door was open at lunch.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Hailu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
